OUR HISTORY – IT’S NEW!
Master Food Brokers Inc. consists of a team of very experienced foodservice
sales and marketing personnel. We are a new company with a known name. There was a Master Food Brokers Inc. (MFB) in the Illinois market for many years that had built a solid reputation on a strong work ethic and consistent follow up activities. That company ceased to exist through a merger with another broker in the market in 2002. Each of the current partners in MFB today had been part of the former Master Food Brokers. Resurrecting the name felt natural since the new Master Food Brokers Inc. strives to grow following the same principles and systems as the former company. Our focus is food service. We know the players, the play book, and the game plan. We are focused on results for the principals who hire us.

Meet the Owners of Master Food Brokers Inc.:
Bob Ecker
In the food brokerage business for many years, Bob has been Vice President and President for two food brokerage companies. He worked in foodservice, retail deli, and vending. Previous to that he had been a National Account Sales Manager for the John Sexton Corporation at the corporate level before they merged with Rykoff Sexton and then became US Foodservice.
Sue Ecker
Also in the food brokerage business for many years, Sue has been Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President in the food brokerage business. She has also been a buyer and in sales management at Sysco. She has experience in foodservice and vending sales.
Ron Prange
Also in the food brokerage business for many years, Ron has been Vice President and President in the food brokerage business. His past experience also includes being a Regional Sales Manager for King & Prince Seafood as well as being a Regional Sales Manager and then a Division Sales Manager for Swift Eckrich Meats. Ron’s experience includes foodservice, deli, vending, and retail sales.
Diane Prange
Diane’s experience is in Corporate Training for some of the largest companies in the world, including Fortune 500 companies. She develops and conducts programs to meet the training goals that the company needs to hit its overall objectives.
